Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with what you have purchased or ordered from HoodLab and/or Hoodlabstore.com. If you are not content, let us know. Use the following directions when returning orders to either HoodLab retail store or Hoodlabstore.com. PLEASE NOTE: HoodLab does not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way by the purchaser and must be in re-sellable condition. Please recognize this policy before bringing product back to our store or sending anything to us via mail. There are no exceptions.

HoodLab Retail Store gladly accepts returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 14 days of original purchase with the accompaniment of the original sales receipt. However, we do not accept returns for hats, all hat sales are final. HoodLab accepts returns for exchange ONLY. We do not perform cash or credit card refunds on returned items.
HoodLab Web Store
When you make a purchase on the Hoodlabstore website, each package is accompanied with a packing slip with details regarding merchandise purchased and payment information. If you happen to not be happy with your online purchase, follow the directions detailed below in order to insure that your payment is properly credited back to your account or your exchange is executed to your liking. If you would like other items in exchange for your original purchase, please specify which replacement items you would like on the packing slip when you ship your returned item. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. Please send the item back to us at the address below and make sure to enclose your packing slip. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. HoodLamb Colorado will pay expenses for outgoing exchanged items. Returns received beyond 14 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
You can only return or exchange items through the store where you purchased the item, whether it be through the website or at one of our locations. The website returns department is unable to process a return of merchandise which was purchased at the store and vice versa.
